Upcoming Trips

Deposits/Refunds: In order to sustain our year-round work, every MEDLIFE volunteer is required to meet a donation goal to participate in their Service Learning Trip. These donations are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to meet your donation goal before the trip begins, you can instead join a trip later in the year so that you have more time to fundraise. Please make sure to review our cancellation policy in detail when registering for your trip.

If registration does not meet the minimum number of required volunteers by the trip deadline, the Service Learning Trip will be canceled and the MEDLIFE team will work with volunteers to find a new trip that works with their schedule. If for any reason there are no other trips that work for the volunteer, said volunteer may choose to allocate their funds raised to a different volunteer. If this option also does not suit the volunteer, all donations will be used to support the mission of MEDLIFE.

Volunteers should wait to purchase airfare until the trip is confirmed by MEDLIFE HQ via email. If cancellation occurs, MEDLIFE will not be held accountable for flights purchased prior to official trip confirmation. For more information, please email: info@medlifemovement.org

Trip Maximums: Each trip destination has a maximum number of registrants determined by resources available in each location. Trip maximums are as follows:

I enjoyed meeting new people at project and clinics. I would because it opens your views to poverty and makes you realize there needs to be done to help.
