1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By opting in to receive Short Message Service (SMS) communications from MEDLIFE (“MEDLIFE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to receive recurring text messages from MEDLIFE and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in MEDLIFE programs.
2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
MEDLIFE’s SMS program provides subscribers with communications that may include:
- Program updates and organizational announcements
- Volunteer and leadership opportunities
- Event confirmations and reminders
- Emergency or time-sensitive notifications
- Educational and informational content related to MEDLIFE initiatives

3. USER OPT-IN AND CONSENT
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any MEDLIFE platform (including web forms, event registrations, written consent, or keyword opt-ins), you:
- Authorize MEDLIFE to send SMS messages using automated and/or non-automated systems
- Confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
- Acknowledge that consent is not required to receive services
MEDLIFE may use a double opt-in process to confirm your consent before activating messaging.
4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2 messages per week, depending on your engagement, program participation, and organizational needs.
5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messages.
MEDLIFE is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.
6. OPT-OUT (UNSUBSCRIBE)
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you send STOP:
- You will receive a one-time confirmation message
- You will no longer receive SMS messages from MEDLIFE unless you opt in again

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

- Delays or failures in delivery
- Errors or omissions in message content
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The SMS service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” MEDLIFE disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
MEDLIFE may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. TERMINATION
MEDLIFE reserves the right to suspend or terminate SMS services at its discretion, including for:

- Suspected misuse
