Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Isabella studied International Development at the University of East Anglia and has lived in the UK for six years. Her passion for social and economic development goes back to her high school years when she did community service work around education and health causes. She has experience in social research and customer service in Peru and the UK across the non-profit, government, and Higher Education sectors. Outside work, she loves solving puzzles and sudokus, playing volleyball, and listening to podcasts.
